Privacy notice.

Who we are
Impact Landscape & Construction Ltd (company number 13890833) is responsible for the personal information submitted through this website. Registered office: 19 Winslow Road, Bolton, England, BL3 4SR. Contact: impactlandscapes@outlook.com.
Information we collect
When you enquire about landscaping or submit a garden design brief, we may collect your name, email, phone number, project postcode, message, garden preferences, site details and photographs you choose to upload. When you join the shop launch list, we collect your email address and the record of your consent.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to assess and respond to requests, communicate about a potential project and maintain necessary business records. Our expected lawful basis is legitimate interests in responding to genuine business enquiries or steps towards a contract. Shop launch emails are optional and based on your specific consent; you can withdraw it by contacting us. We do not use enquiry forms as automatic marketing subscriptions.
Storage and sharing
Website enquiry records can be stored in a Cloudflare D1 database administered for Impact. Uploaded garden photographs are included in the design submission and treated as confidential project information. Access must be controlled through the business's own Cloudflare account. We do not sell enquiry details. Information may be handled by authorised personnel and hosting providers to deliver the requested service. Cloudflare's infrastructure may process data outside the UK under its contractual safeguards.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for legitimate enquiries and applicable legal obligations. Impact will confirm a formal retention and deletion schedule before the public form is activated. To ask about access, correction or deletion, email us at the address above.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of your information, or object to certain processing. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.
